مِن التَّبعِيضِيَّة — The Partitive مِن
مِن التَّبعِيضِيَّة is the مِن that means بَعْض — some of. It restricts the action to a part of the noun that follows, not the whole of it.

Not the Same as مِن الزَّائِدَة
The partitive مِن genuinely changes the meaning; it cannot be removed without loss. That distinguishes it from مِن الزَّائِدَة, which is syntactically removable and adds emphasis rather than quantity. See [[min-ziyada]].
Examples from the Quran
وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
"…and from what We have provided them, they spend."
Among the qualities of the believers: they believe in the unseen, establish the prayer, and spend from what Allah has given them — some of it, not all of it.
Look at the Choice of Words
The teacher paused on the sheer courtesy of this construction. Everything we possess was given to us by Allah in the first place — and even so He does not ask us to spend all of it.
"If I give you $100 and then tell you to give that $100 to so-and-so, I am completely within my rights, because I gave you the $100. But no — Allah gives, and then asks only for some of it."
وَيُعَلِّمُكَ مِن تَأْوِيلِ الْأَحَادِيثِ (Yūsuf 12:6)
وَيُعَلِّمُكَ مِن تَأْوِيلِ الْأَحَادِيثِ
"…and He will teach you from the interpretation of narrations" — a portion of that knowledge, not the whole of it. See [[tawil]].
